    Tasigna Information

    How to Use Tasigna?

Before taking Tasigna for the first time carefully read the drug information provided for instructions on what side effects include. If you are unsure how to take it or how often, contact your medical professional or pharmacist to clarify.

Avoid grapefruit juice and grapefruit adjacent products as this can increase your risk of side effects. It is usually taken orally on an empty stomach twice a day in 12 hour intervals. The pill should not be chewed, split or crushed unless directed by your doctor.

If you are unable to swallow the capsule whole, you are able to mix it with applesauce and liquids. You should drink plenty of water while talking this and time your dose while considering other medications and meals. They can impact absorption.
